At Add in Carts, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully check and pack products before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to assist you.
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- Wrong product has been delivered.
- Product received does not match the order.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, tags, and included items must be returned.
- Proof of purchase/order details must be provided.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned after use, including:
- Beauty & personal care products
- Opened cosmetics
- Used grooming products
- Personal hygiene items
Other products may also be non-returnable if they have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Product images/videos
- Packaging condition images
Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refund approval will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued according to the payment method used.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or other available methods.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and verification process.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges may be offered in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivery
- Damaged product received
Exchange availability depends on stock availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Warranty Products
For electronic items and appliances:
- Manufacturer warranty terms will apply where applicable.
- Add in Carts is not responsible for warranty claims handled directly by manufacturers or authorized service centers.
